Participants must have an academic background in Economics and preferably some work experience. We expect students of ECAR to be highly motivated academically and interested in working in a bicultural environment. Therefore, students must also be able to study courses in English effectively.

Algeria, Egypt, Germany, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine Territories, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen.

No nationality restrictions apply to the case of admission to the ECAR programme without a scholarship.

Additional information regarding the application procedure and the scholarships can be obtained from the application's section.
