collegium philosophiae transatlanticum, i.e. the first German -American Graduate College of philosophy, from 1999-2002 funded by the deutsche forschungsgemeinschaft, uniting professors from the universities of Marburg and Wuppertal in Germany, suny at stony brook and emory university, atlanta in the USA who guided in a joint Ph.D. program - focusing Subject and Person nin Modern and Contemporary Philosophy - some 25 Ph.D. students by co-advising and co-teaching them to finish their dissertations and to defend them succesfullly; up to now, 15 of these have got a job as professor or lecturer of philosophy, 5 of whom on tenure track, 3 tenured.

the first bilingual edition of Kant's works, German-Russian, edited by Prof. Nelly Motroschilova [& co-editors] and Burkhard Tuschling & Uli Vogel [supported by the German Kant Society and the Academies in Mainz and Moscow, funded by Volkswagenstiftung and deutsche forschungsgemeinschaft]: volume I - containing Kleinere Abhandlungen (1784-1796), German and Russian, as published in Academy edition of Kant's works, vol. 8 - published in Moscow, 1994; volume III, presenting the Groundwork and Critique of Practical Reason, Moscow 1997, volume IV, containing the Critique of Judgment and the socalled Erste Einleitung in die Kritik der Urteilskraft, Moskau 2001. The last volume having appeared so far (Moscow 2006) is volume II, subdivised into two half-volumes, vol. II.1 containing [in German and Russian] the complete text of the second edition of Critique of Pure Reason, [B, 1787]; volume II.2 containing those parts of the first edition of Critique of Pure Reason, [A, 1781] which diverge from the second edition and have been abandoned by Kant therefrom. The last volume to be published and currently worked upon, is volume V containing Kant’s Metaphysik der Sitten
