Submission Guidelines
The accepted papers of the Third AIS SIGSAND European Symposium will be published in the LNI-Series of GI e.V., cf. http://www.gi-ev.de/service/publikationen/lni/.
Authors are requested to format their papers in accordance with the proceedings template (PDF/external PDF).
The symposium accepts various types of submissions:
- Complete Research or State-of-the-Art Reports (full papers)
- Research-in-progress and Experience Reports (short papers)
- Poster session contributions (abstracts)
Complete research papers should include analysis of data and discussion of research findings. Research-in-progress papers report on research that is well under way with preliminary results available at the time of the symposium.
- For Complete Research submissions, the paper length should not exceed 5000 words (including references and appendices).
- For Research-in-progress, and Experience Report submissions, the paper should not exceed 2500 words (including references and appendices).
- For the poster session, abstracts of the provisional contents of
the poster are requested. They are strictly limited to two printed
pages (700 words including references).
Only electronic submission will be accepted. Authors must submit their poster abstracts to
andreas.oberweis@kit.edu
The total number of words in the paper (including cover page, tables, and references) and submission category (i.e. Completed Research, Research-in-Progress or Practitioner Experience Report) should be indicated on the cover page.
The second page should begin with the title of the paper and an abstract of no more than 200 words. Include keywords, chosen from the list of main topics above (if applicable). The main text should follow the keywords.
