About my nameThe last name "cheng" is a common family name in China. Currently, there are around 7 million Chinese using it as the family name. My first name "weiwei" includes two identical Chinese characters. In Chinese, this "wei" character has the meaning of luxuriant and colorful, which is often used to describe the sky and the ocean.
