 Our current projects include

  1. SEMICONDUCTOR QUANTUM OPTICS
  2. SEMICONDUCTOR TERAHERTZ SPECTROSCOPY
  3. QUANTUM DESIGN OF OPTOELECTRONIC SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES

 
In addition, we also analyze ultra fast optically induced currents on surfaces (see research group of Prof. Höfer), femtosecond spectroscopy of semiconductors (see research group of Prof. M. Koch), and theoretically model novel metastable compound semiconductors (see Material Sciences Center (WZMW), research group of Dr. Stolz).
