In meiner Arbeit befasse ich mich mit der Sehbahn für polarisiertes Licht bei der Wüstenheuschrecke Schistocerca gregaria im Bereich der Fotorezeptoren und der direkt nachgeschalteten Interneurone. Mit Hilfe intrazellulärer Ableitungen untersuche ich die rezeptiven Felder und die spektrale Sensitivität einzelner Fotorezeptoren und bei den nachgeschalteten Interneuronen die weitere Verschaltung und Informationsverarbeitung. |
