Continuing Education
In addition to research and teaching Philipps-Universität Marburg understands academic further education as one of its important tasks. The continuing education programme contains broadly educational topics that are taught in the “Studium generale” and in the senior studies. Also, an increasing number of master study programmes is developed, which are job or target specific. Continuing education events of Philipps-Universität Marburg are offered by the university itself, by the TransMIT Academy, and in cooperation with other institutions. The programmes of the University of Marburg are integrated in the data base WissWeit for continuing education in Hessen. WissWeit takes care of the transparency of the offers and ensures quality standards.
