Events

On a regular basis the Welcome Centre organizes cultural events for international scholars, their families, and the members of the Welcome Committee.

Upcoming Events:

• Get-Together for International PhD students and Post-Docs

Time: usually every 1st Monday of the month at 8pm.

Location: Café Mocca, Pilgrimstein 31 (Rudolphsplatz, opposite of the Deutsche Bank)

PhD students and Post-Docs from abroad are invited to join this international get-together.

• Bilingual Get-Together for Parents and Children

An English and German-speaking get-together for parents and children who want to meet other families of different national  backgrounds. Time for an exchange of ideas and just good company. We'll play, sing and explore the city according to your special interests. Come along! Please bring: a small snack!

Time: Fridays 3-5pm, next sessions: December 2, January 13, February 3, March 2, May 4, June 1

Location: Lutherischer Kirchhof 3, Mehrgenerationenhaus, Seminarraum

Cost: 5.50 Euro per session (to be paid to Ms Herrmann at the meeting), each additional person 3 Euro
