Accommodation
You will have a single room in one of the university dormitories. As Marburg has a historical centre with mostly small, traditional houses, there is little space to accommodate the large number of students right there. That is why our dorms are situated outside the centre and can easily be reached by local bus. In the room there is a washing facility, and there are common bathrooms, showers and a kitchen. You can also find laundry rooms in every dormitory building. Bed sheets will be provided, but you should bring your own towels. You will receive your room assignment on the arrival day.
Please note that there is no cafeteria in the dormitories.
Accommodation is covered by the fee. Private accommodation cannot be organized through the ISU.
If you make your own arrangements for private accommodation, the fee will be reduced by EUR 200. In this case you need to inform us of the arrangements as soon as possible, but at the latest two weeks before the ISU starts.
Please be prepared that you will not have telephone, internet access or TV in your room.

Should you plan to come to Marburg before the official arrival day, or want to stay longer than the ISU departure day, we recommend Marburg's Youth Hostel or hotels.
