Arrival

The arrival day for all participants is Saturday, July 20, 2013 from 8 am to 6 pm (18 hrs).

If you would like to arrive earlier, you must find alternative accommodation, for example the Youth Hostel or a hotel in Marburg.

If you arrive later than 6 pm (18 hrs), we will have to charge you a late check-in fee of EUR 20.

Arrival in Marburg

On the arrival day we will have an ISU Registration Office set up in CNMS (Center for Near and Middle Eastern Studies), Deutschhausstraße 12, from 8 am to 6 pm. Please register here after your arrival. During that time we will have a shuttle bus service from Marburg Main Train Station to the ISU Registration Office, which will take you to the registration office and from there to your residence.

Upon your arrival at the train station ("Hauptbahnhof") look for ISU signs. If you do not see a member of the ISU team right away, do not panic and just wait. On the ISU Poster at the exit of the train station ("Hauptbahnhof") you will find this telephone number: ++49 - (0)160 - 265 57 42. If you like, you can call and let us know that you have arrived.

If you should arrive prior to our arrival day, you can stay in the youth hostel. We advise to book a bed as soon as possible in the youth hostel or in a hotel in Marburg.

Departure

The day of departure (check-out) for all participants is Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 7.30 to 11 am.

Please take into account in your travel plans that you cannot stay in your room beyond that date.

If you must leave at a later date, then you should look into alternative accommodation, such as the previously mentioned youth hostel or in a hotel, as soon as possible.
