Aims and Content:
The aim of this course is to discuss the role of the EU on an
international level. Key aspects are the role of Europe within an
international security policy, chances and problems as an economic
power as well as the question of how far Europe can form or can be seen
as a supplement or even an alternative to the unipolar, American world
order politics.
