to a fraction collector PROTEINEER fc (Bruker Daltonics) for direct
spotting of complete LC-runs on a MALDI-TOF target.

#2D analysing Software:
(i) Delta2D (Decodon) for aligning 2D-gel images by (automatic)
warping, thus eliminating differences in spot position. Warped images
are then overlaid to produce dual channel images with clearly visible
qualitative and quantitative differences in expression levels.

(i) Typhoon Trio (GE Healthcare) for 2-D
Fluorescence Difference Gel Electrophoresis (DIGE) + ImageQuant TL
software for analysis of 1D / 2D gel images and Decyder software for
