Die Philipps-Universität Marburg
vergibt 2008
für Dissertationsvorhaben von herausragender
wissenschaftlicher Qualität im Bereich
Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften insgesamt
sechs Promotionsstipendien an besonders
qualifizierte wissenschaftliche Nachwuchskräfte,
die an der Universität Marburg ihre Dissertation
durchführen wollen. (Externe) Bewerber sollten
sich über Forschungsschwerpunkte und
Arbeitsmöglichkeiten an der Universität Marburg
informieren. Die Stipendien orientieren sich an
der Förderung von DFG-Graduiertenkollegs und
betragen 1.000 Euro pro Monat zuzüglich
Sachkostenzuschuss in Höhe von 103 Euro pro
Monat sowie ggf. Familienzuschlag. Stipendien
werden für maximal drei Jahre gewährt.
Bewerberinnen und Bewerber sollen zum Zeitpunkt
der Antragstellung nicht älter als 28 Jahre sein.
Bewerbungen um ein Stipendium
müssen
über die Dekanate beim Präsidenten
der Philipps-Universität Marburg eingereicht werden.
Bewerbungsschluss bei den Dekanaten ist
der 11. Januar 2008 (maßgeblich ist der
Stempel des Posteingangs). Verspätete oder
unvollständige Anträge können nicht berücksichtigt
werden.

In 2008 the Philipps-Universität Marburg
awards a total of 6 Doctoral Scholarships for
dissertation projects of exceptional quality in
humanities and social sciences to outstanding
young researchers that would like to perform
their doctorate at the University of Marburg.
Applicants are kindly asked to read up on the
scientific focal points and working conditions
at the University of Marburg.
The scholarships follow
the funding of the
DFG research training groups and amount
to 1,000 Euro per month plus 103 Euro
for material supplement, and, if applicable,
a family allowance. Doctoral Scholarships
will be awarded up to a maximum of
three years. Applicants should not be
older than 28 years at the date of application.
Applications are to be submitted to the
president of the University via the dean’s
office at the corresponding faculty.
Application deadline at the dean’s office is
January 11, 2008 (relevant is the receipt
stamp of the dean’s office).
