MSc. Seminar Winter 2021: "Business Transformation, Understanding the Role of Mergers"

This seminar aims to discuss the role of mergers and acquisitions for various dimensions of strategic business transformation.
The seminar is open to all master students specializing within the “Accounting and Finance Group”, but also to students specifically interested in Accounting and Finance issues.
Schedule and Location:
Organizational issues will be discussed during the kick-off session. Students will present their work on the presentation day.
