As a student assistant of the research group Development and Cooperative Economics, Adrian Pourviseh has traveled to Namibia. There, as part of the international SASCALL team, he has conducted economic field research to find solutions to severe deforestation.

He has captured his experiences in a video
(on YouTube, in German):

"Field research, I thought unsuspectingly when I landed in Namibia, was done by people with fedora and whip à la Indiana Jones. Today I want to show you my perspective as a freshman in field research: what challenges we faced, and how much fun doing research can be! "
