Dr. Evelyn Koch (Erasmus coordinator), Ms. Marissa Pullen (Erasmus - Incoming) and Ms. Marlene Warnecke (student assistant) are the contact persons who will assist you with all your questions about the Erasmus programme.  Please contact Ms. Helena Hanneder for all programmes besides Erasmus (“other offers”).

Erasmus office hours

Office Hours are possible via phone (06421 28 24 765), BigBlueButton or in person. When you register in ILIAS, please tell us what you’d prefer!

During the winter term 2022/23 the following office hours will be offered:

Mondays 4.30-5.30 pm,

Thursdays 11-12 am,

and by appointment.

(You’ll have to register until 1 day before the appointment in the ILIAS group “E.Koch: Office Hours Appointments + Chat”!)

Documents that need a signature (Learning Agreement, Belegliste) can be send to us via mail or e-mail. Please mind the following:
- The documents that you send to us via e-mail need to be signed before hand (don't forget the date).
- Documents need to be printed and scanned in DIN A4 (don't minimize them).
- The scan-quality needs to be sufficient.

Individual appointments can be made via email.

During the summer semester 2022 the following office hours will be offered outside of my vacation times (26.07.-14.08. und 12.09.-25.09.):

Wednesdays 12-13 pm

and Thursdays 14-15 pm,

and by appointment.

(You’ll have to register until 1 day before the appointment in the ILIAS group “Erasmus – Incoming Students”!)

Please note:
Student assistants are not allowed to sign documents (for instance, the Learning Agreement).
The submission of documents is, however, possible.  

During the office hours, it is possible…

  • to discuss applications.
  • to ask questions about Erasmus exchanges with Great Britain, Ireland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Norway and Turkey (and, to a certain extent, also about other programmes).   
  • to discuss problems with Learning Agreements and schedules (this applies also to incoming exchange students).
