and put it under /tmp
Installation with dnf (it will install all neccessary packages automatically):
sudo dnf install /tmp/cups-konica-minolta-1.23-1.el8.noarch.rpm
Restart CUPS:
sudo systemctl restart cups
Install the printer under CUPS. Its exemplary called SafeQPrinter in the organisation Uni Marburg
sudo lpadmin -E -p "SafeQPrinter" -v "ipps://wsrz223.hrz.uni-marburg.de/ipp/print" -L "Uni Marburg" -P /usr/share/cups/model/KMbeuC368ux.ppd -o 'printer-is-shared=false' -o 'auth-info-required=username,password'
Activation of the printer, the printing queues and acceptance:
sudo cupsenable SafeQPrinter

If you start a printing job it should ask you for credetials
Known problems:
Certificatesfailure (cups-pki failed)
While establishing the printer device the ssl certificate in /etc/cups/ssl while it allready exists CUPS failure with cups-pki failed
To solve this problem the certificate of the server have to be deleted under

Notes
Where does printing on copiers in business mode work?
Printing on copiers and printers in business mode works from the entire UMRnet, i.e. also;
- via WIFI,
- via laptop LAN accesses,
- from home via VPN. (Please note that large files usually have a very long transfer time!)
