Self-Registration
At copy machines in busness mode, the following display will inform you that you should log in with your chip card (service ID, Ucard, copy card) or by account entry.
To log in at the photocopier, please place your chip card on the card symbol displayed on the front or side.
If you are logging on to a photocopier for the first time, you must link your card to your Staff Account. This is called self-registration. Find below an image of what you will see when you log on to a system for the first time.
Now please press the keyboard symbol behind the free field for user names. Please enter your Staff account name there. Confirm this with the hook. Afterwards, please press the keyboard symbol behind the free field for password and enter the password of your Staff Account. Please make sure that no one is watching you while you type it in, so that your password remains secret. Confirm this input and the login screen with the hook. The self-registration is now completed.
After the registration, you will see the normal menu display of the copier.
