Every two years, MARA organizes a career fair together with the Career Center, the Junior Scholars Office, and the International Office. Junior scholars and students have the opportunity to meet with employers and labor market experts as part of a program tailored to specific target groups. The framework program includes panel discussions, presentations from professional practice and scholars and a contest for junior scholars for the most convincing "elevator pitch".
