German Courses for International Doctoral Candidates and Postdocs Whose Native Language Is Not German

The Modern Language Center of Philipps-Universität offers German courses for international doctoral candidates and postdocs in cooperation with the MArburg University Research Academy and the International Office and Family Service (Dezernat VI). If you are an international doctoral candidate or postdoc at Philipps-Universität Marburg and would like to learn German so that you can get by better in everyday life, then we cordially invite you to participate in a German course. Thanks to the financial support from the STIBET program for doctoral candidates and postdocs of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and financed by the Federal Office, these courses can be offered free of charge.

One or two courses at the beginner level are offered each semester, with a minimum enrollment of five participants. The Modern Language Center is in charge of registration and carrying out the courses. You can find more information on the webpage of the Modern Language Center.
