Research focus
Cellular and molecular phenotypes and mechanisms of T-cell/B-cell interaction(s) in neurological autoimmune diseases (inflammatory neuropathies, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis). Prognostic factors and treatment response markers in multiple sclerosis. Clinical Trials in multiple sclerosis.

Techniques

- Cell culture of mature T-cells and thymocytes

- FACS, CFSE, ELISA

- Immunehistochemistry and confocal microscopy

- Standard methods of molecular cloning, molecular biology and protein biochemistry
