The topic of the first Learning, Teaching and Training Activity was to develop a shared understanding of Work-based Learning (WBL), based on the prior experiences of the project participants and the work in Intellectual Output 1. We combined this groundwork with a mutual presentation of WBL integration in the study programmes of the partner universities.

The online meeting was held on 20.04.-21.04.2021. Utrecht organised the event.

The following persons were present at the meeting: Anna Pantea (Cluj), Sergiu Miscoiu (Cluj), Daniela Nascimento (Coimbra), Raquel Freire (Coimbra), Paula Duarte Lopes (Coimbra), Miho Taka (Coventry), Frank Grundig (Kent), Katie Marshall (Kent), Alyson Hunt (Kent), Stéphane Voell (Marburg), Thorsten Bonacker (Marburg), Lena Runge (Marburg), Chris van der Borgh (Utrecht), Luuk Slooter (Utrecht), Sára Vértes (Utrecht), Jolle Demmers (Utrecht).

First, Utrecht and Marburg introduced the interim results of the Intellectual Output 1, i.e. the concept development based on the literature review, the quantitative analysis of PCS study programmes and WBL therein, and finally the Qualitative Survey on the experience with WBL with selected study programme coordinators.

Second, and this took the largest part, the project partners presented to each other their practice in integrating WBL and the challenges involved. Third, the participants synthesised the results of the surveys with the results of the discussions.
