Attending courses and the “Belegliste”
For you as an incoming Erasmus student it is not compulsory to register online for courses and exams. However, it is necessary for you to keep track of the courses and exams you take.
The so called “Belegliste” is a document that records the courses you have attended and grades you have achieved here in Marburg. It is basically a list of all your courses that is signed by the particular teacher at the beginning of term and once again with your grade at the end of term thus confirming your start and completion of each course. When all your teachers' grades and signatures are on the document, you sign it and hand it in to the Departmental Coordinator so that your Transcript of Records can be issued and sent to your home university.
Please let your teacher know in advance (via email) that you would like to take part in the assessment of the course.
Here, you can find more information on the "Belegliste" (Course List) and the Transcript of Records.
