Travel to Marburg
Marburg is a picturesque university town dominated by its castle, the Landgrafenschloss, and situated pretty much in the heart of Germany.
Getting to Marburg by regional train from Frankfurt or Kassel takes c. 1 h, with frequent connections. There are also infrequent high-speed train (ICE) connections. The closest airport is Frankfurt (FRA), with many international flights.
Meeting location
The meeting will take place on the Lahnberge Campus in Marburg, which is ca. 20 min by local bus from the city centre or the main station. We recommend the DB website (or the the DB Navigator app) for planning your ride.
From the bus stop "Botanischer Garten", it is a c. 5 min walk to the SynMikro building, where the meeting takes place.
