Registration

Key dates

Registration is now closed. Deadlines for abstract submission was 30 April and for registration 15 May.

Check your registration

You can manage your registration on the ConfTool system:

  Go to registration & abstract submission

You can use your account to edit submissions until the deadline, change your personal details, get an invoice and an attendance confirmation letter.

Note that confirmation of payments may take a little while, bear with us for this.

Fees

The registration fee includes the participation at the conference, the conference dinner and (optional)  in one of the workshops. Please note that we can only accept payment by bank transfer.

Students (incl. PhD): 80 €

Researchers (incl. postdocs): 150 €
