30.09.2026 Höfer Lab moves to LIT Regensburg

Our PI Katharina Höfer moves to Regensburg to start a new position as Head of the Division of Nucleic Acids Therapeutics at the LIT - Leibniz Institute for Immunotherapy in Regensburg and as Professor at the Universität Regensburg.

The research group will continue to work at the interface of nucleic-acid biochemistry, RNA biology, infection research, and innovative therapeutics. Regensburg offers an exceptional environment for interdisciplinary RNA research!

Katharina - and her PhD student Kitty Johnson - will always be an associated part of RobuCop <3

They will continue working on the topic of Role of cellular redox signaling and NAD+ modifications in organelle-nucleus communication.
