HABITAT-Hackathon on 17 September 2025

As in the previous year, a hackathon was held on 17 September 2025 as part of the HABITAT project to further refine and advance the app concept. The meeting aimed to present the current progress, discuss ongoing developments, generate new ideas, and align the different working groups across the subprojects.
The team from the Institute for Digital Medicine at the University of Marburg (IDM) shared insights into the current status of the app concept and fostered an engaging exchange through a workshop format with thematically structured breakout groups. Within these groups, participants discussed and identified key must-haves as well as major challenges related to app content, media presentation, and user-centered design. The event concluded with plenary presentations of the group results, moderated by the IDM team.
The networking and exchange during and between the working sessions were also intended to strengthen long-term collaboration among the individual HABITAT subprojects, enabling closer, more interdisciplinary, and cross-team cooperation in the future.
