Venetoclax und Navitoclax

Venetoclax (ABT-199) ist ein Arzneistoff zur Behandlung von Leukämie. Über eine LC-MS-Methode bestimmen wir seine Konzentration im Liquor und im Serum. Als Vergleichssubstanz setzen wir das verwandte Navitoclax (ABT-263) ein.
