We are always looking for motivated and outstanding candidates to strengthen our research activities. If you are interested in joining as a Bachelor student, Master student, PhD student, or postdoctoral researcher, please reach out to nadine.leisgang@physik.uni-marburg.de

Bachelor and Master students

Openings come and go, but if you are interested, we may have opportunities for Bachelor and Master thesis projects. Typical topics include nanofabrication, optoelectronics, 2D materials, excitonics, and quantum technologies.

Doctoral and Postdoctoral Candidates

We invite applications and nominations for doctoral and postdoctoral positions in experimental condensed matter physics within a collaborative and supportive research environment.

Application materials should include:

• Cover letter outlining your motivation and interest
• CV
• Academic transcripts
• Contact details of at least one academic reference

Postdoctoral candidates are also encouraged to apply for fellowships such as the Humboldt Research Fellowship or the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship. We are happy to provide support this process.
