The Marburg Center for Digital Culture and Infrastructure (MCDCI) is an interdisciplinary academic center that predominantly researches digital practices in the humanities and social sciences as well as the digital transformation of society, culture and science. Together with the Herder Institute for the Historical Research of East Central Europe - Institute of the Leibniz-Association, the Hessische Landesarchiv, the Archivschule Marburg – Hochschule für Archivwissenschaft as well as the Hessischen Institut für Landesgeschichte, the MCDCI is supported by the Philipps University Marburg.
