Carolin Betz: 
My PhD research explores how corporate governance mechanisms shape firms’ climate performance without neglecting their economic success. In particular, I analyze how compensation structures for employees and executives influence sustainability outcomes. Among other venues, I have presented my research at the Academy of Management Conference 2025 and Strategic Management Conference 2024, where I got nominated for the PhD-Paper Prize.
