Ein Großteil der LAN-Switches erhalten ein Software-Update. Daher kommt es im angegebenen Zeitraum zu kurzzeitigen Ausfällen der LAN-Anschlüsse, WLAN-Accesspoints und IP-Telefone. Sämtliche zentralen Services des HRZ, die Telefonanlage, der Internet-Anschluss und der VPN-Zugang sind nicht betroffen. Die Liegenschaftsbereiche des UKGM sind nicht betroffen.

Die LAN-Switches erhalten die Updates in kleinen Gruppen (8.10. Lahnberge, 9.10 Stadtgebiet) und starten bei erfolgreichem Download selbstständig neu. Nur während dieser Neustarts (ca. 5-10 min) sind alle lokal an diesem Switch angeschlossenen Endgeräte vom Netzwerk getrennt.

Most of the LAN switches will receive a software update. This will result in brief outages of LAN connections, Wi-Fi access points, and IP telephones during the specified period. All central HRZ services, the telephone system, the Internet connection, and VPN access will not be affected.
The UKGM property areas will not be affected.

The LAN switches receive the updates in groups (8.10. Lahnberge, 9.10 city area) and restart automatically once the download is complete. Only during these restarts (approx. 5-10 minutes) are all end devices connected locally to this switch disconnected from the network.
