Get to know the Creative Space - Open Day

The Creative Space is a new creative centre at the Philipps University of Marburg. Located in Bahnhofstraße 7, the Creative Space offers doctoral candidates and postdocs in particular an innovative and stimulating working environment as well as funding opportunities.

Der Creative Space bietet die Möglichkeit, kreativ zusammenzuarbeiten.

At the open days between 2.00 and 5.00 p.m., you will have the opportunity to take a look at "Club Behring", the first room in the new creative centre, and find out about the possibilities the Creative Space offers.
Have a coffee or tea with us and get to know the venue of Creative Space. You can also talk to us about the funding opportunities for doctoral candidates and postdocs offered by the Creative Space project.

What is the Creative Space about?

With the establishment of the Creative Space, Philipps-Universität Marburg offers space for creative project development, interdisciplinary collaboration, networking events, workshops, conferences, lectures and much more. An attractive range of rooms with flexible furnishings and the technical infrastructure for creative collaboration promote new forms of academic collaboration.
With the establishment of this creative centre, Philipps-Universität Marburg is supporting academics in the qualification phase in particular in successfully developing projects and submitting applications, in organising events and in interdisciplinary collaboration and networking.

How do you find us?

The Creative Space with the currently open room "Club Behring" is located on the 1st floor of Bahnhofstraße 7 (to the right of the Chemikum). The room number is +1/0020. Please do not use the entrance to the Chemikum, but the one opposite of Müller's Bakery.
The Creative Space is a 5-minute walk from Marburg railway station, the bus stop "Marburg Bahnhofstraße" is almost on the doorstep. Numerous bus lines stop here.
