Office and Coordination

The office of the Collaborative Research Centre is the first point of contact for interested members of the public and is responsible for all collaborative processes. Its tasks are the scientific and organizational coordination and the management of the research network.

The staff of the office looks after the Collaborative Research Centre both internally and externally. Internal support includes financial coordination, organizing events, looking after guests of the CRC, and supporting the staff in coordinative and organizational matters. External support includes general public relations and in particular science communication - the communication of research findings to an interested scientific and non-scientific audience - which has been a focus of public relations since the beginning of the 3rd funding phase.
