20.04.2023 "Downtime" aller Campus-Management-Systeme (Marvin, QIS und POS)
Ab 28.04.2023, 13:00 Uhr werden für ca. 2 Wochen im Rahmen einer sogenannten "Downtime" alle Campus-Management-Systeme (Marvin, QIS und POS) abgeschaltet.
Die Wiedereinschaltung von Marvin ist für den 15.05.2023 geplant.
Für diesen Zeitraum werden sogenannte „Spiegelsysteme“ eingerichtet, um einige Funktionalitäten während der Abschaltung weiterhin anbieten zu können.
Während der Downtime werden Sie beim Aufruf von Marvin automatisch auf das Spiegelsystem weitergeleitet.
Die E-Learning-Plattformen ILIAS und k-med sind von dieser Abschaltung nicht betroffen.

Hintergrund
Im Mai 2023 zieht die Prüfungsverwaltung für die medizinischen Staatsexamensstudiengänge nach Marvin um. Im Anschluss finden Wartungs- und Systemarbeiten statt. Dabei erfolgt ein Versionswechsel von Version 2022.06 auf Version 2022.12.
As part of the so-called "downtime" all campus management systems (Marvin, QIS and POS) will be switched off
Starting from April 28th, 2023 all campus management systems (Marvin, QIS and POS) will be switched off for approx. 2 weeks as part of the so-called "downtime".
Marvin is scheduled to be reconnected on May 15, 2023.
For this period, so-called "mirror systems" ("Spiegelsysteme") will be set up in order to maintain access to some functionalities during the shutdown.
During the downtime, when accessing the Marvin portal, you will automatically be forwarded to the mirror system.
The e-learning platforms ILIAS and k-med are not affected by this shutdown.

Reason for the maintenance break
In May 2023, the examination management for the medical state examination programs will move to Marvin.
System maintenance work and software upgrade from version 2022.06 to 2022.12.
