14.10.2025 Update: Seit ca 13:30 Uhr ist das Marvin Problem behoben. Marvin: Aktuell Login-Probleme mit Students-Accounts // Login problems with student accounts (14.10.25)

Seit heute 0:00 Uhr können sich viele Studierende nicht bei Marvin anmelden. Grund ist ein falsch hinterlegtes Ablaufdatum für den Students-Account. Wir sind dabei, das Problem zu beheben! // Since midnight today, many students have been unable to log in to Marvin. The reason is an incorrectly set expiration date for the student account. We are working on resolving the issue!

Zu den Details: Der Login auf dem Weblogin-Dienst Shibboleth funktioniert, allerdings wird der Account dann von Marvin als ungültig zurückgewiesen. Andere Web-Dienste (ILIAS, E-Mail usw.) sind nicht betroffen.

Das Marvin-Team im HRZ bemüht sich um eine schnelle Behebung des Fehlers.

The details: Logging in to the Shibboleth web login service works, but the account is then rejected by Marvin as invalid. This issue is specific to the login process to Marvin and does not affect other web services like ILIAS or email.
