RESEARCH DATA@RMU 2020 on 13 October 2020 – Virtual Research Data Day of the Rhein-Main Universities with presentations and workshops.

Dealing with digital data in research is part of our everyday life and yet often leaves room for improvement. Research data management is dedicated to all questions of conscious and sustainable handling of these valuable data in terms of planning, documentation, storage, archiving, publication and subsequent use. In addition, there are legal issues and the requirements of good scientific practice. With the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI), the development of a strong, subject-related research data platform is just beginning in Germany.

The Rhein-Main Universities and thus also the HeFDI Universities TU Darmstadt and Goethe University Frankfurt will offer lectures and parallel hands-on workshops on the topic of research data management on Research Data Day on 13 October 2020 from 10 am-4 pm.
