Information and Service Level Agreement Available for Research Data Management Organiser (RDMO)

As part of the state initiative HeFDI - Hessian Research Data Infrastructures - FDM services are being created cooperatively for the universities in Hesse. In addition to the technical challenges involved in implementing the services, the organizational cooperation between the universities must also be specified and defined.

To this end, we have drafted a service-level agreement (SLA) in HeFDI for the cooperatively operated data management planner RDMO. The SLA can also serve as a blueprint for other cooperative FDM services: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6638546

ULB Darmstadt operates the multi-client RDMO instance as part of HeFDI and also offers other universities and research institutions to set up clients for them as well: rdmo@ulb.tu-darmstadt.de
