„Welche Ordnung gilt für mich?“
Das Hessische Hochschulgesetz verlangt, dass
Hochschulprüfungen in Bachelor- und Masterstudiengängen aufgrund von
Prüfungsordnungen (= Satzungen) abgenommen werden. Prüfungsordnungen
werden in den Amtlichen Mitteilungen der Philipps-Universität, dem
öffentlichen Verkündungsorgan, veröffentlicht. Grundsätzlich gilt, dass
man das Studium und die Prüfungen nach der Ordnung absolviert, die zum
Zeitpunkt des Beginns des Fachstudiums an der Philipps-Universität
Marburg gültig war.
Im Laufe der Jahre gab und gibt es immer wieder Überarbeitungsbedarf an
den bestehenden Ordnungen. Nach der Erstfassung folgen zum Teil
Änderungssatzungen (= die Ursprungsordnung bleibt weitgehend bestehen,
Änderungen werden nur in Teilen der Ordnung vorgenommen), im Rahmen der
Reakkreditierung oder bei großflächigem Überarbeitungsbedarf folgen
komplette Neufassungen.
Die nachfolgende Tabelle soll eine Hilfestellung bieten. Zum einen kann
man dieser Tabelle entnehmen, welche Ordnung für den einzelnen
Studierenden gilt, zum anderen führt jeweils ein Link auf die
spezifische Lesefassung. Lesefassungen sollen eine Vereinfachungen für
die Studierenden darstellen. Verweise auf andere Gesetzes- und
Ordnungstexte werden mit den entsprechenden Textpassagen hinterlegt, so
dass das Hinzuziehen weiterer Regelungswerke und das „Querlesen“
entbehrlich werden. Des Weiteren werden Änderungssatzungen – der
besseren Lesbarkeit halber - in die bestehende Ordnung integriert, so
dass ein Fließtext vorliegt.
Bezugspunkt der folgenden Tabelle ist immer das Semester, in welchem
das Studium begonnen worden ist. Zu jeder Ordnung (Erstfassung,
Neufassung und Änderung) ist flankierend angegeben, ab wann diese
gilt.
Die Rechtsverbindlichkeit der Ordnungen, veröffentlicht in den
Amtlichen Mitteilungen der Philipps-Universität, bleibt unberührt. Nur
die dort veröffentlichen Fassungen gelten rechtsverbindlich. Bei den
übrigen Darstellungen handelt es sich um unverbindliche
Serviceleistungen.
Folgende Besonderheit gilt für Änderungssatzungen, also Änderungen nur in Teilen der bestehenden Ordnung: in der Regel werden Ordnungen immer mit Wirkung für die nächst beginnende Studienkohorte geändert. Dieses Vorgehen soll gewährleisten, dass Studierende mit einer Ordnung beginnen und nach dieser Ordnung auch das Studium beenden. In Ausnahmefällen kann es jedoch erforderlich sein, dass eine Ordnung für alle Studierenden geändert werden muss, die nach dieser Ordnung studieren. Ab einem Stichtag gilt die geänderte Ordnung dann für alle Studierenden, die das Studium mit der ursprünglichen Ordnung begonnen haben. Laufende Modulprüfungsverfahren werden jedoch nicht berührt.
