Scanning options in the university

Flatbed scanner

In many PC rooms and libraries with PC workstations there are flatbed scanners that can be operated from the PC next to them. Find out in advance which PC room is open at which time on this overview page. On the details page of the respective PC room, you will find under the heading "Equipment" whether a flatbed scanner is available.

Copiers

With the scan-to-mail function, you can conveniently scan at the copiers and have the scans sent to your personal email address. For this purpose, the Ucard (for employees, the copy card, if applicable) must be linked to your email address.

• For students: Link card and email address for scan-to-mail
• For staff: link card, email address, and cost center for scan-to-mail
