  • Bachelor's program

    As part of the bachelor's program, you have to attend the basic module Introduction to Marketing, regularly offered in the summer term. If you are interested in deepening your knowledge in the field of Marketing and Retail Management beyond the basic module, you are kindly invited to attend our advanced bachelor courses. In particular:

    • Module Management and Tools of Marketing (regularly offered in the winter term)
    • Seminar module on Market-oriented Management (irregularly offered)
    • Module Undergraduate (Research) Project Market-oriented Management (irregularly offered)

    Moreover, we would like to encourage you to write your bachelor's thesis in the field of Marketing and Retail Management. The staff is highly pleased to supervise you and your project. For an overview of vacant topics of bachelor's theses, please contact Ms. Schwarz, who will hand out our list of vacant topics to you.

    Please note that all courses are held in the German language unless specified otherwise. However, individual supervision can take place in the English language. Moreover, you are allowed to write your final thesis in English if your supervisor agrees.

  • Master's program

    As part of the master's program, the research group offers a wide range of advanced modules, thus giving you the opportunity to become an expert in the field of Marketing and Retail Management. In particular, we offer:

    • Module International Marketing (regularly offered in the winter term)
    • Module Market Research in Theory and Practice (regularly offered in the winter term)
    • Module Supplier-Retailer-Relations in Theory and Practice (regularly offered in the summer term)
    • Module Health Care Management (regularly offered in the winter term)
    • Seminar modules on Marketing Theory and Empirical Marketing (regularly offered in every term in annual turn)
    • Module Graduate (Research) Project Market-oriented Management (irregularly offered)

    Moreover, we would like to encourage you to write your master's thesis in the field of Marketing and Retail Management. If you are interested in an empirical master's thesis, we strictly recommend that you have passed the module Market Research in Theory and Practice.
