Marburg – Barcelona
Eine Internationale Kooperation zwischen dem Master ProdArt. A.C.I. der Facultat de Belles Arts Universitat de Barcelona und dem Institut für Bildende Kunst, FB 09 der Philipps-Universität Marburg
Seit Sommer 2017 gab es einen produktiven Austausch zwischen den an beiden Universitäten angebotenen Masterstudiengängen für Bildende Kunst. Unter dem Titel Metaerzählungen: Wie spreche ich darüber, worüber ich spreche? Wurde ein gemeinsames Seminar angeboten, das den thematischen Rahmen für einen intensiven Dialog bildete. Wechselseitige Workshops, Artist Talks mit Lehrenden, Tutorien sowie eine Exkursion mit Studierenden nach Barcelona waren wichtige Stationen. Metanarrativas, auf deutsch Metaerzählunen, stellt nicht nur die Reflexion von persönlichen und künstlerischen Denk- und Entscheidungsprozessen, sondern vor allem von interkulturellem Handeln und Kommunikation in den Fokus.
Höhepunkt der Kooperation ist die Präsentation künstlerischer Arbeiten in der gemeinsamen Ausstellung im Marburger Kunstverein, welche die Begegnung wesentlicher Positionen und Perspektiven von Studierenden und Lehrenden ermöglicht. Das Neben- und Miteinander der gezeigten Arbeiten baut nicht nur die räumliche Distanz zwischen Marburg und Barcelona von 1.164,42 km ab, sondern eröffnet überdies eine interkulturelle Dimension und gibt einen Einblick in das künstlerische Potential von Studium und Lehre beider Universitäten.
An international cooperation between the master’s programs ProdArt. A.C.I. the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona and the Institute of Fine Arts, FB 09 of the University of Philipps Marburg
Since the summer of 2017 there has been a productive exchange between the master’s programs in fine arts that are offered at both universities. Under the German title Metaerzählungen: Wie spreche ich darüber, worüber ich spreche? A joint seminar was offered, which formed the thematic framework for intensive dialogue. Mutual workshops, artist talks with teachers, tutorials and an excursion with students to Barcelona were important stops. Metanarrativas, en alman Metaerzählungen, presents not only the reflection of artistic thinking and decision-making processes, but also focusing on the encounter and intercultural communication. The highlight of the cooperation is the presentation of artistic works in the joint exhibition at the Marburg art society, which allows a dialogue between positions and artistic perspectives of students and teachers. The set of artistic works shown in the exhibition not only reduces the spatial distance between Marburg and Barcelona from 1.164,42 km, it also opens an intercultural dimension and gives an idea of the artistic potential and the high level of teaching at both universities.
