Are you thinking of a career in science and would you like to enhance your skills for this career path? Then we would like to draw your attention to an attractive offer for the support of female academics at our university.

Mentoring Hessen is the cooperative project of the Hessian universities and universities of applied sciences to support women* on their career paths in science and business. In addition to mentoring, a variety of workshops and networking events are offered.

ProAcademia is Mentoring Hessen’s mentoring programme designed for early postdocs and advanced doctoral students at universities and universities of applied sciences in Hessen. It is tailored for women who see their career paths in science or non-university research and would like to prepare for the future. The programme combines mentoring, career-specific intensive training and strategic networking.

The mentoring programme will begin in the summer semester of 2024 with a kick-off event in June.

In this information event, you will learn everything you need to know about the programme and your application. Members of the Mentoring Hessen office as well as former programme participants (mentees) will be on hand to advise you.

Mentoring Hessen asks for prior registration for participation in this info event.
