The M4C Cluster of Excellence is committed to share and discuss its research with the general public and other stakeholders. To do so, scientists of the cluster regularly leave the lab and present their findings in different formats. This includes public lecture series (Microbes-For-Future@Public), as well as short presentations at public events, for example in the Science Box format, in which Early Career scientists take the stage to give entertaining insights into their research.

These kind of events allow us to not only spread the word about the important, future-oriented research conducted within the cluster, but also to demonstrate to the general public that we are taking action to takle the urgent need for solutions to mitigate climate change from an innovative microbe-based perspective.
