Science for Kids Outreach

The younger generations will be most affected by climate change, making it essential to engage them early with the science behind possible solutions. Our Science-for-Kids activities highlight how the M4C Cluster works to better understand and mitigate climate impacts, while translating complex molecular concepts into hands-on, age-appropriate experiences. Through interactive activities, simple experiments, and storytelling, we introduce kids to the hidden world of microbes, cells, and molecules in a way that is both accessible and engaging. In collaboration with schools and local partners, we create spaces that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. We want to empower children to see science not as abstract knowledge, but as something they can actively explore and contribute to.
