FFPE samples from routine diagnostics and research are analyzed here at the DNA and/or RNA level using state-of-the-art sequencing methods.

- gene expression analysis with HTG Edge Seq panels (Oncology Biomarker, Immune Response, Whole Transcriptome)
- analysis of genomic sequencing data
