Examination regulations and module handbook

  • Examination regulations

The examination regulations govern the objectives, content, structure and scope of the program as well as the requirements and procedures for examinations in the program Biomedical Science leading to the award of the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).

Below you will find two versions in German of the examination regulations for the Bachelor’s program in Biomedical Science. Please note that the 2013 version only applies to students who started their studies before the winter semester 2021/2022. As a rule, the examination regulations in effect at the time of enrollment apply.

The appendix to the examination regulations contains a complete list of all modules of the program.

  • Module Handbook

The module catalogue contains detailed information on all modules that can be taken within the program. A module description specifies, among other things, which courses the module consists of, the main subject areas covered, the prerequisites that must be met in order to enroll, the approximate workload in hours and how the final grade is determined.

Each set of examination regulations is accompanied by a corresponding module catalogue. Please note that the 2017 version only applies to students who started their studies before the winter semester 2021/2022.

The module catalogue is regularly supplemented and updated. It is therefore strongly recommended to always consult the most recent version.
