Live Chat

For real-time support requests, the HRZ offers optional live chat contact via the department and facility websites. Inquirers can initiate a request on their PC or mobile device from the website by clicking on the "Live Chat" button.

In the HRZ live chat, you will be connected directly with the colleagues of the IT service desk.
