Marburg University invites colleagues from partner universities to its Staff Training Week 2027.

This year’s Staff Week will focus on the role of networks and partnerships in international higher education. Together, we will explore how trust, dialogue and collaboration can help build resilient and sustainable partnerships across institutional, cultural and geographical borders.

Through workshops, discussions and peer exchange, participants will share experiences, reflect on challenges in international cooperation and explore how university networks can support mobility, knowledge exchange and long-term collaboration.

The programme will also provide plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues from different universities and regions, exchange good practices and strengthen existing and new partnerships.

Target group: Staff working in leadership positions at International Offices, International Relations and international partnerships and networks.
