The eResearch-Service Center is your central point of contact for all matters relating to digitally supported research. This includes both the management of digital data - from planning and versioning to publication and reuse - and support for digitization and digital methods.

Please contact us at or 06421-28-24310. It is helpful if you create an initial version of a data management plan for your project, for example with our RDMO service. This structures the information on your data and supports all players in the consulting process.

We offer:

  • strategic and content-related advice on third-party funding applications and data management plans
  • information about and mediation of the existing infrastructure offers of the university computer center, the university library as well as the Hessian joint projects
  • information about and mediation to suitable subject consortia of the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI)
  • advice on Open Science: subject repositories, publication funds, licensing and embargo models, standards and metadata, etc.
  • representation at walk-throughs
  • information on (retro-)digitization
  • contact and, if necessary, referral to other researchers with similar concernseed-based training and teaching in the area of digital competence, data literacy and digital methods
